Busy but fun summer

At Design Hovie Studios we've had a busy but fun summer so far. We're in the middle of several large projects including: a web site for new company Longshot Apparel, RimShot labels and product packaging for Demitri's Bloody Mary Seasonings, and a new ad campaign for Prolitec's Air/Q air freshening systems.

We've also been enjoying seeing our Tuesdays in Ballard work displayed all over Ballard and Seattle. As part of the Tuesdays in Ballard summer celebration, the first ever Ballard Grub 'N Pub Crawl is taking place on Tuesday July 27th at 39 Ballard locations so if you're in the area make a plan to visit Ballard on Tuesday for eats and drinks.

3 Hovie Logos Selected for LogoLounge Book

Three Hovie designed logos have been selected for inclusion in a remarkable new LogoLounge project, "Shapes and Symbols", the third book in the new Master Library series. The logos selected are: Northwest Technical Institute, Workforce Development Council of Snohomish County, and Tomas Nault.

We are very excited about this great honor and look forward to seeing all of the other work in this new publication.

Hovie Site Featured in Smash Magazine

Design Hovie Studios was featured in the Smash Magazine article "5 More Principles of Effect Web Design". They did a great job of analyzing the reasoning behind the layout and design of our site.
