Design Hovie Studios, working with the In Ballard Merchants Association, is creating the brand and materials for Holidays in Ballard 2010. Holidays in Ballard promotes eating, drinking, shopping, and playing at businesses in the Seattle neighborhood of Ballard during the month of December.
